How We StartedEdge & Up began with one small condo in the early 2000s. Gaston handled the repairs, Tracy found great tenants, and together they learned how much difference a personal touch makes.
What started as a side project grew steadily through word of mouth—friends, clients, and neighbors who liked how we cared for their homes as if they were our own. Today, we manage more than 100 buildings across Chicago’s North Side and into Evanston. We live in the same neighborhoods we serve, and most of us share buildings with our residents. When you call, you’ll reach a real person—no call centers or bots. We take turns being on call every night and weekend, because when something matters to our residents, it matters to us too.
